The hotel is immaculate. Fresh refurbishment, everything is sparkling clean, great shower and plumbing. The staff are obliging.

1. It it very clean! Honestly, I have been to many hotels in different countries, but this one is super tidy. 2. Friendly stuff 3. A lot of places to eat near the hotel.

This Hotel is amazing. If I could give 11 out of 10, I would. The room decor is really beautiful. Luxury, not like most mainstream hotels. The restaurant downstairs took my order even though it was already late. I ordered Ukrainian Borsch soup and let me tell you - this the best Borsch I've ever tasted. It was so delicious, I'm hoping to steal a recipe from someone. Lol. Even though I ate late, the waiter was patient with me. The two guys in the reception were super helpful. They had an electrical adapter for me. In short - this hotel is super.

Lovely, comfortable, cosy hotel. Very kind, nice and helpful staff. Amazing breakfasts (I literally loved it), good location, calm and clean. Kettle, coffee and tea was available, glasses, small spoons and small dishes, robes and slippers. I liked a lot that floor was possible to heat and electric towel dryer was available in the bathroom. That is the hotel you want to be back in. Thank you for amazing stay.
