The house itself is amazing, the hosts deliver a 5 star service and are such lovely people too, the breakfast was amazing, the gardens, the room and the shower. And was so nice arriving back to our room at night to find our bed turned down and port & choc nightcap.

Stunning property , our second stay here . Attention to detail and comfort is exceptional . We felt welcomed and spoilt for our whole stay . Nothing was too much trouble . Breakfast was sumptuous and generous . Lots of lovely extras , such as port and chocolates with the turndown service , cookies provided with the plentiful tea and coffee . We’d love to stay again .

A beautiful and beautifully decorated old house. Everything in tasteful pristine condition. The hosts were wonderful and we had the most comfortable and restful stay. We will be back for sure.

Absolutely magnificent! The property, the serenity, the food, the service, the Everything! This is surely one of the most fabulous places to stay in the Hunter Valley. I wanted peace and quiet for some R&R, and lovd the old school charm, fireplaceand antiques. Whatabeautifulenvironmentto recharge in. At the same time I would love to return with family and friends and book out the whole place! It would be perfect for a weekend of fun and food - especially in that gorgeous dining room! Mark and Richard were amazing- sociable and friendly, available for every need but not intruding on your privacy. The included breakfast was delicious and 5star. This is a very special place that I highly recommend.
