I had asked for cooked eggs for breakfast, and hot called ones. When I asked for Wara ones. They went and Warren up the same eggs. I regnised the eggs, and the personal admitted that they were warmt. I did not like that.

Whenever I travel to Zambia i prefer to stay at Hotel best western. This was my second stay. Staff cleanliness and other facilities are superb.

We absolutely loved staying here and would want to compliment absolutely everything. Beautifully designed, great pool area, spacious room. Amazing friendly helpful staff who were so polite that it’s impossible to criticise. Nice bar, restaurant has great food. Good breakfast, top class wifi. Oh, and did we mention how lovely the staff were 😀😂. Loved our few days here.
