Fantastic hotel on the banks of the river. Amazing service with a team that went above and beyond for our family, including an 11-month-old. Excellent value for money amongst the rooms, restaurant, arranged tours (including a complementary river cruise, and support for airport transfers. I would 100% return to this hotel in the future and cannot recommend it enough!

The staff was both very professional, but also seemed liked they were having the best time ever. This just makes it so easy to feel comfortable, safe and overall in very good hands. Upon arrival, I was immediately offered a complimentary boat ride, bicylce and the option to rent a scooter. I loved everything; the breakfast was insanely good and I even got a bag of self-made cookies from the team.

Large rooms in a rustic style. Mosquito nets provided. Free mini-bar. Free e-bikes and bicycles. Great breakfast with superb views over the Mekong. Staff are very kind and attentive, and helpful with organising scooter rental and tour booking etc. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning.

The location is excellent and close walking distance to restaurants, markets and temples. We had a beautiful river view from our room and the apartment was beautifully furnished. The restaurant was a highlight being right on the river. We had excellent breakfast and coffee here each morning. The staff and friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much for having us, we will be back again when in Luang Prabang!

This is our second trip to Luang Prabang and The Belle Rive. It is a beautiful hotel with charming and comfortable rooms facing the Mekong River. They have a lovely terraced restaurant across the street where you have breakfast, It also serves food and drinks throughout the day and evening. The hotel have added a new area for relaxing below the restaurant. This features loungers and shaded areas where you can relax and chill. The staff are excellent and extremely helpful if you need anything booked or arranged such as excursions, taxis etc. The hotel offers a daily sunset cruise for free and when we went it was just our family on the boat! We love this hotel and highly recommend it.

This was our second time staying at this property. Truly the most professional, courteous staff I have ever encountered. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the breakfast setting is relaxing and excellent quality food. Wonderful experience every time.

Excellent hotel in old colonial style, located in the ancient Luang Prabang, with the Mekong River in front and in walking distance to most historic temples. The restaurant at the riverside is top. The rooms are full equiped, wide, with huge confortable beds.

Great location overlooking the Mekong River and only a few minutes walk to the main street in Luang Prabang. We had a balcony room (Tamarind 1), it was so lovely to be able to sit and watch the street and river life action. Breakfast is at their restaurant which is directly over the road and right on the Mekong, great breakfast menu and the staff were always ready and waiting to take our order. Every day the glass water bottles that were supplied were refilled, cutting down on plastic bottles, such a great environmental initiative! Would definitely stay again 😊
