This hotel is impressive, i was afraid after reading the bad reviews. But the place is clean, cheap option, the staff is so helpful. And on the top of it they have a cheap washing machine! It is true that they dont speak Enlgish, but its Asia, they speak Chinese and they will do anything to help you, despite the language barrier, actually with translator we could communicate without problem. So recommended 10/10

The hotel is located 10-15 minutes walk along a pleasant street from the historical center. This is even a plus, considering that you can eat and appreciate the rhythm of the city along the way. The hotel has two floors, both are heavily smoked, although there are signs everywhere that smoking is prohibited. It is impossible to be on the first floor, even in the rooms, because everything is smoked: the air, the furniture, the bed linen. It is a real nightmare. The situation is better on the second floor, although the linen is still completely smoked. People constantly walk around the hotel, smoking one cigarette after another. The rooms are quite dark even during the daytime, it is not very cozy to be in it. The hotel is located next to an elementary school, so every day around 8 o'clock you will be treated to loud music and screaming children. This hotel also has undeniable advantages. The owner of the hotel does not speak English at all, but he tries his best to help (through a translator) if you have difficulties. The women serving the rooms help him with this. They helped us wash and dry our clothes, book another night, etc. The manager is quite flexible and tries to accommodate us in all matters.

Basic amenities. Spartan furnished. Clean room. Honest staff. Excellent value for money. (Bring your own handwash soap!) Tissues provided for toilet. Chen,the manager is an excellent host. Be careful not to use his contact for vehicle hire. This person is not reliable. I waited for a booked taxi from his company for almost two hours and he did not only not turn up,but could not be bothered to pick up the phone whem called to find out why a 2 hour delay. Almost missed my train to Vientiane because of this micky mouse nonsense.

Extremely comfortable nice hotel, double bed are so soft N clean. Nice to trip on there hotels. staffs are welcome.
