My experience is totally positive. The hotel is really cozy and in a good location, in the city centre of Luang Prabang. The staff is kind and always available.

The room was amazing! I got the one with the view to the swimming pool. The location was pretty nice and the staff was polite and very helpful.

We ordered a pool view room, but we were given a room with our door facing the pool. There is no “pool view” for us when we are in the room.

We loved everything about this hotel, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable. We loved the pool and could sit outside our room and relax while being next to the pool. The location was brilliant and the breakfast was tasty. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Excellent hotel. Nice central location but tucked in a little lane to be quiet. Walking distance to the night market. Very clean everywhere. Staff really nice and helpful. Very good breakfast. Clean cool pool.
