A very sweet little apartment that had everything we needed. A 5 minute drive from Pleasurewood Hills and walking distance to the river boats. We're a family of 5 and it was perfect for us. Highly recommend.

Nice clean property ground floor room lovely found the stairs a bit steep would not suit anyone with any form of physical Dissabilty Warm and fairly comfortable

Amazing apartment , great access to the broads , Southwold , yarmouth and much more , apartment was so well laid out and we had a wonderful time more than enough space for a family and our dog, great little touches with books and games, plus treats for dog and everything else we could have wanted , will be back for sure. 😀

We went to Latitude festival.. we chose to stay here rather than camp! Such a haven. It was lovely to come back to the apartment. I was with my 3 children (14, 13 and 9). We had plenty of space, it was welcoming and comfortable. I’d definitely stay again.

Nice shower, clean bedding and towels, kitchen. Nice bedrooms and extra bedding if needed. Clean.

It was quiet. It was comfortable and colour scheme really nice. Lovely shower. It was clean. Loved the bedroom on the top floor. The biscuit for the dogs was nice touch.
