It’s in a beautiful location on a cliff top with beautiful gardens. It’s very quiet. The staff were lovely and reception staff were really helpful when we had to extend our stay and allowed us to keep the same room. We really appreciated that

Breakfast, staff, reception and bar. I liked the tennis courts but not the organisation running them who were rude and charged too much and not what was advertised on their website.

- friendly staff - very nice pool and other activities on site (padel, yoga, pilates, bingo) - very nice view of the ocean, the coastline and the sunset - good breakfast - nice lounge for drinks

The service and the staff was absolute amazing. We had a baby with us and they were very observant all the time to help. I would recommend this for everyone. Both couples and family.

Super friendly staff, very good exercise facilities (gym, tennis). Pool and restaurants were also up to standard. Beautiful views of both the sea and mountains.

Perfect location: first row and amazing view at the ocean. You hear the sound of the ocean. Nice swimming pool and 10 min walking to Puerto de la Cruz, where you can find restaurants and beaches. Top!

Staff were super helpful special shout to Richi, Elvira,Julia ,Ariana and Hen . Made my son feel special and helped us out with local travel and we're overall super friendly staff. Breakfast buffet needs a lot of improvement as well as the dinner buffet
