Extremely attentive staff - I was helped after my phone was stolen and they answered our every question and wish. Spacious room. Amazing location - quiet street, but very much in the central London. Plenty of lovely cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.

We were upgraded on arrival, our car was valet-parked and we went straight to our lovely room-a deluxe king. Marble bathroom with underfloor heating and heated towel rail. Rooms are serviced twice per day. The American bar is very atmospheric and has an outdoor seating area too. The breakfasts are a la carte and fabulous. We have been here many times and will return.

As on my previous visits, standards at this hotel are generally very high. Food and beverage departments throughout are exceptional. Highlight was Gamebird Crepe Suzette! Also amazing wines! The vibrant American bar has a great atmosphere and lovely cocktails.
