Clean, comfortable, friendly. Lovely bathroom. Good complimentary tea, coffee, snacks and soft drinks. Bed was lovely and comfy. Great Marshall Bluetooth speaker in the room. Location is terrific. Nice, clean part of town with restaurants and bars close by. Easy walking to the Royal Albert Hall and Harrods. Right next to the museums.

We just love staying at the Ampersand Hotel and this time our room was even better, very spacious with a large and extremely comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and helpful, and we always receive a very warm welcome on our return visits. A very classy, boutique hotel in a very convenient location near to South Kensington tube station.

The staff were pleasant and we apparently had an upgrade to a larger room which was nice, but the rooms need a really good deep clean. It was very dusty and needs a freshen up. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, likely need a refurb.

Brilliant room, huge American king bed, incredibly comfortable pillows, remarkably attentive staff, beyond perfect location. I usually change hotels when I travel but will absolutely return to the Ampersand any time I visit London.

Location great for the Royal Albert Hall,also close to museums and great restaurants.The staff in the hotel restaurant were very friendly and accommodating.

We absolutely love this gem of a hotel and wouldn’t look anywhere else. We visit every 12 to 16 weeks and we love every single visit. The staff are just wonderful.
