Great hotel, great location. Good food. Spa is lovely. Second time staying here. The basic room was very small, so next time I would try to upgrade.

The staff were very helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the rainfall shower was fantastic too. Overall, a wonderfully luxurious stay. Definitely recommend the Indigo restaurant in the hotel. We had a pre theatre three course menu.

I liked absolutely everything about this hotel. service, decor, artwork, comfort, location, food and great non alcoholic drinks selection. Nothing was too much for them to do for us.

Its location is perfect and the Christmas decorations are always a treat. The cocktails are worth tasting a few as they are little miniature works of art

The room was very nice, and the little considerate touches that did not cost them much but made us feel special. The staff are very nice without being pompous. Our waiter at dinner was great fun and accommodating. 5 star without pomp!

Massage was next level. Very good and with little extras like tea at the end. Personnel was fantastic. Very attentive and remembering you later. Room was nice and spacious. Beautiful Xmas decorations

everything about this hotel is to like. The festive decorations in the Lobby Bar were spectacular. You will not get better service from any other hotel staff, they were all wonderful.
