Wonderful position very near to Tower Hill underground station and near to Tower Bridge. Very quiet zone. All staff people were very nice. When I will come back in London, I will come back in Novotel Tower Bridge!!

I had the pleasure of interacting with Jeena and Fatima, the receptionist, during my recent stay, and her service was truly exceptional. Fatima and Jeeana was polite, professional, and incredibly patient, even while managing multiple guests simultaneously. Her warm demeanor and attention to detail made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. They went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and even provided helpful suggestions to enhance my stay. It’s rare to encounter such a high level of professionalism paired with genuine kindness. Fatima and jeeana are true asset to the hotel, and I highly recommend both of their outstanding service!

Excellent location close to the Tower of London and the tube. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was copious.

Breakfast was plentiful and good quality . Table clearing was very slow and the staff wouldn’t let me have more cutlery saying I needed to check in my room number at the restaurant reception again half way through my breakfast just to get cutlery which is very odd .
