Our hotel is undergoing a fabulous refresh throughout the coming months, including the lobby, meeting space, executive lounge and public spaces. Every effort has been taken to ensure minimal disruption to your experience at the hotel.

The staff, food and area were all excellent but the rooms are looking quite threadbare and for a room that has had no refurbishment since the last time I stayed there, the cost had tripled. Additionally, the water felt “greasy” like there were chemicals in it. V unpleasant

absolutely beautiful scenery, the convention I attended within the hotel looked beautiful (but sadly poorly organised on the events behalf not the hotels) - lovely scenery and easy access to explore London and get some sight seeing in!
