The hotel,is well located near the town, with good views of it from our room. Although an old building, it has been modernised beautifully. The room and bed were large and the bed was extremely comfortable. A separate toilet was good, and there is an excellent walk in shower in the bathroom. We had a balcony with two comfortable chairs, and was pleasant to sit there in the sunshine. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful building, tastfully converted to a hotel. Room excellent - great bed, lovely linen and great hi-tech features. Lovely helpful staff. Good breakfast with real milk.

We loved this hotel and this lovely little town. The hotel has a real sense of luxury without overcharging. everyone was made to feel special. The rom was great with a lovely view of the town. The town was accessible by foot and had some great shops and markets as well as the castle. Would certainly plan to return here and recommend to friends. Just gorgeous! We also ate at the hotel and the food was superb!

It was our second stay in this hotel and was worth the detour. A lovely hotel in a lovely town. The staff, room and swimming pool were all excellent. We will come again.
