Having read some of the reviews before we came ,we were a little apprehensive, but we found everything was perfectly satisfactory. We enjoyed the layout, found the kitchen mostly well equipped and particularly appreciated having a good slow cooker and very nice saucepans. The sitting area was comfortable with plenty of seating, the beds were comfortable and there was adequate storage space in the bedrooms. Water was always hot. There was absolutely no smell of damp or mould. The site was pleasant, with lots of lovely trees and hydrangeas, and very quiet. All four of us enjoyed our stay.

Well placed for things to do and only a few miles from liskeard and shops etc. Very peaceful location. The property was very well equipped for our needs. We had a lovely holiday.
