Newly built in traditional style hotel in rural southern Albania. Room was very comfortable with all amenities you would expect from a top hotel. You won’t find many hotels with their own distillery offering various alcoholic beverages produced in premises! Hotel has a good restaurant. Breakfast was excellent! Staff were super friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Beautiful building and room. Clean and beautifully decorated. Staff were friendly and accommodating but food was quite disappointing. Aside from meals, a good stop over for us on our travels.

We loved everything from the quality of the room though to the evening meal (we chose to eat in the hotel) and morning breakfast. It would be nice if the staff smiled more, they were very professional and polite but also quite serious!

Unique design of hotel with a very nice, high quality room. An experience to watch the work in progress on the raki production from the restaurant. Well prepared Albanian dishes and wine. Great gin & raki to taste.

Everything. This is a classy, modern, and beautifully appointed suite. Dinner was very delicious, and the breakfast was superb. The business model, as explained by the owner, is most admirable.

Stunning hotel with cool, hip vibe located in charming, quaint village. Décor/ambiance exceeded international-based chain in Tirana. Best hotel of our trip. Quiet location, beds and pillow comfortable. Free street parking in front. In addition, this area of Albania is incredibly beautiful. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

The entire stay at Melesin was exceptional. Everything was superb, the service, the food, the beautiful room. The staff were a lot of fun, and their dedication to service was genuine and sincere.

The hotel rooms are first class, the receptionist/bar girl was fantastic, so helpful and courteous, restaurant breakfast was excellent, we ate dinner there also which was also great. The stone building is very impressive, it’s located just behind the towns central square, easy parking on the street straight out the front. Well worth a stay overnight. The gin is also very good!!
