Fixtures could do with renewing like lamps in bedroom and blinds on stair case . Room very dusty house keeping should be more attentive or trained.

The property was beautiful and in an awesome setting. My room overlooked the ice capped mountain range and the town below. It was picturesque when all lit up at night. The room was lovely and warm. The staff were amazing. They couldn’t do enough to help us. 5* treatment in a 5* setting. Just perfect.

The location was great as it was 10’ walk from the train station . The views of the mountain breathtaking. The staff was excellent, very friendly,polite and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel is very good , great choice if you are having dinner there .

We chose the hotel based on availability and price. Parking in front of the hotel in sufficient capacity and free of charge. We perceived the ** marking to be more like *** due to the staff, comfort and food. Nice and clean accommodation. Room with mountain view, suitable for family, two children. We could have had two small dogs with us. The biggest benefit was the dinner. The chef is absolutely fabulous. For a reasonable price you get a sumptuous meal. The staff will take you by van to the slopes. It is possible to rent a sledge. There is a nice sauna in the hotel.

Optimal location, easy to reach from the main road, 5 min drive from the ski area Les Houches. Super friendly, english speaking personal. Amazing view from the room. Comfy bed. Not tried the dinner options, but the menu looked great!

It is cosy and clean. Rooms are nice, warm and comfortable, beds are great. Whole hotel feels like living room at home. Staff is super nice, and everybody speaks English.

Les Campanules fully masters the meaning of excellent customer service, nothing is a problem, kind, friendly, going the extra mile. Perfect location, excellent breakfast, and food in the evening. Room with a view a tad too small for 3, would have been perfect for 2 but for just sleeping it works.

All of the staff at the property were lovely and the communication leading up to our holiday was excellent. The hotel was very child friendly with many families staying there.
