Meticulously cleaned and reasonably priced apartment. Its biggest asset is the very friendly and informative owner and cleaning staff (the owner was extremely keen to provide information on the beaches, restaurants and activities in the island). Especially appreciated was the information he gave on prices (Kefalonia can be quiet expensive during the peak season). Also the owner was very responsive to any support request (eg the internet rooter needed restart and he did it fast).

Rooms were cleaned daily and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The outdoor facilities like the jacuzzi and the gardens were well kept and very enjoyable.

This was our family's second visit in a row and we couldn't fault it. Over the past 2 years our family of 5 have tried 3 different accommodation options - a one bed studio for 2, a one bedroom apartment with spare bed for 3 and a one bedroom apartment with space to sleep 5. They're all really spacious and well equipped, with iron and ironing board, toiletries and a clothes airer on the balcony/patio. The cleaners visit every day to empty the bins (ours even did our washing up!) and changed our towels several times during the 9 days we were there in August this year. The owner Agis is very welcoming and helpful, even when our daughter and boyfriend lost their room key last year! The location is absolutely stunning, at the end of the main strip in Lassi, up a hill roughly opposite the road down to Fanari Lighthouse. There is a steep walk up the road to the property and there are several steps leading to the different apartments so I wouldn't recommend it for people with mobility issues, unless you're hiring a car and don't intend walking. I didn't time it but my little legs took 312 steps from the main road up to our apartment at the front of the property, so about 5 mins probably! That said, the views of the bay across to Lixouri are spectacular and the walk certainly kept us fit! We did hire a car but parking can be tricky as there aren't many spaces at the property, so we sometimes had to park on the road outside and we would have to wait for other guests to leave in order to get the car closer. There are several good amenities nearby - the Dolphin Supermarket just across the road from the hill to the property is really well stocked with everything you need, and very friendly. We also visited Mel's Diner next door for breakfast every day which was absolutely wonderful. All in all a fantastic stay and we can't wait to come back next year!

A very bright and clean apartment with sea view, enough space inside with kitchenette and also a balcony with lots of room for your laundry to dry off.

Comfortable, attractive and wonderfully positioned - had the most amazing view of the sunset and a good sized balcony from which to enjoy it. The canopy was great, as we were able to get shade as needed. Good privacy. My teenagers loved their little upstairs bedroom with balcony. The surrounding gardens were beautifully kept. There is a little shop a stones’s throw away that provided everything we needed. Lassi was a great place to be based in order to explore the island. A nice buzz to the immediate area, but the property was set back enough to be peaceful and relaxing. Agis was very welcoming, friendly and helpful when we arrived and the cleaning lady was lovely and cheery if we were out late in the morning when she arrived.
