Breakfast was nice. Room spacious and bed comfy. Water bottles in room made less work. And we can get cold and hot water on the way in and out. We didn’t order breakfast last day because we checked out at 2:45 am but we were still given breakfast to go so we didn’t need to look for breakfast at airport. Nice touch. Thanks.

Everything was great. The staff are so helpful and kind - they do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Location - great, right next to a telefric station. It is also in the same building as a mall so you have access to a food court if you need one. There is a nice chinese restaurant that we went to a couple of times (same street as the hotel). Rooms - the room we got on the 12th floor had a fantatsic view of Mt Illimani and the city. Very comfortable beds and the shower was great. Restaurant - we ate in Terra one night and it was really good. I had the burger and my wife had empanadas. Our son is a very fussy eater but the restaurant staff were amazing, they gave us exactly what we needed. A sweet lady working there even gave my son a gingerbread man cookie which made him really happy :). Spa - my wife went for a relaxing massage (additional cost) and she liked it. Overall, fantastic stay and we would gladly stay here again.

Walking distance to many sopocachi with many cafes and restaurants. The location is convenient to visit different areas. Miraflores, city center and zona sur. The teleférico is just steps away from the hotel. Very clean room and attentive staff, good breakfast.

Loved everything about the hotel: the style, the comfort and the stuff, highly recommended. The view from our room was mesmerizing, as promised. The breakfast was also very delicious!

Location was safe but didn't have a lot going on in the area. Staff were friendly and helped with altitude sickness. Restaurant was decent and had various options. Lovely views in the mountain facing rooms. Check in was nice and early
