Hotel Overview

Housed in a charming 16th-century mansion, Hotel Laguna Nivaria offers an à la carte restaurant and stylish accommodation. It is located in San Cristóbal de la Laguna’s old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
All accommodation at Hotel Laguna Nivaria has smart, colonial-style décor with wooden-framed windows and French doors. Fitted with parquet flooring, each bright room includes free fibre optic WiFi, air conditioning, heating, and cable TV.
The hotel consists of 2 buildings; the historic Laguna building which houses the reception, restaurant, meeting rooms, suites and upper category rooms. The modern building houses a free gym, the comfort rooms and a spa, which is available for a surcharge.
Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotels’s Plaza Restaurant or on its terrace. A range of Canarian and international cuisine is offered for lunch and dinner. The restaurant uses organic food grown in their own garden. The hotel also has a café-bar.
Santa Cruz, its port and the nearest beaches can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car. Tenerife Norte Airport is 3.5 km from the hotel. Free internet is available at a computer in the reception area and there is free cable internet in rooms.

Convenient for the city. We have stayed here before and came back again. Hotel car park. Our room was ready earlier, and we were allowed to check in earlier. Brilliant. We should have been here the night before, but one of our family was ill, so I phoned the hotel to explain and they were happy to move our booking without charge. Fantastic service. Lovely food and drinks. We really couldn’t ask for more.

Spacious room with a small kitchenette, though no dishes provided. Very clean, with a large, comfortable bed. Excellent location, private parking, and dog-friendly. We also loved the restaurant—our dinner was absolutely amazing! Huge compliments to the chef for such a delicious experience.

A truly lovely historic hotel in the centre of town, very handy for exploring. Very spacious rooms with many facilities. The parking offered by the hotel was very useful. Breakfast was varied and very well presented.

Historic hotel the suites are very large and not too expensive, staff are nice. Breakfast is good, we had half board one night, only extra €23 per person. Whilst only choice of 2 starters, main and dessert, it was good value.
