Location is excellent and the architecture / interior is very pleasant and nostalgic ~ well designed rooms , afternoon to details . Breakfast is amazing and with good options.

The staff was extremely helpful and hospitable, they went above and beyond and made us feel more than at home. I have never felt so welcome in any hotel in my life. I will always come back to stay here whenever im in Kyoto.

Spacious and comfortable room, free drinks. Free access to lounge with drinks and snacks. Attentive service. Very close to Kiyomizu-Dera Temple.

Special thanks to Mika Yamasaki San who helps us to book a hot Michelin restaurant in a very rush time( not encourage for this ) cuz we just decided the Kyoto trip at the very last moment. She also patiently gave us trip guidance for Osaka. Many thanks to her kind support! Moreover, we did have an excellent and unforgettable experience during our stay,nice staff and everything! If you would like a perfect experience this hotel is Highly recommended!
