Some staff were wonderful and very helpful but the policies of hotel are not flexible at all. Eg you have to book two days in advance for bfast. There’s no option of coffee with lactose free milk. Not even soy milk. No room service. If I’m paying these prices I do expect some level of room service. No food choices available. There could be better recommendations of where to eat / go from staff. Our room was great and handy walk yo places.

Everything was perfect, the stuff and everybody we met made the best to improve our experience period the room is exceptionally comfortable with the private bath and three bar. If you are coming with the car please prepare to park on the other side of the road in a dedicated parking in which the hotel has an agreement with. This is one of the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

This hotel is a true gem! It perfectly combines traditional Japanese elements with modern amenities. The rooms are beautifully appointed with meticulous attention to detail, providing just the right amount of space. And the private onsen-style bath is a delightful bonus. The breakfast is absolutely incredible! The food is of top quality and comes in a wide variety of dishes, making it the perfect fuel for your day. The staff is absolutely amazing too — they go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. You’ll truly experience the best of Japanese hospitality here.

Very well maintained, excellent location, friendly and thoughtful staff, service was exceptional. Housekeeping was impeccable. Extremely comfortable bed and super soft and silky sheets. Lovely extras like complimentary drinks, snacks and ice cream. Daily Japanese breakfast and kaiseki dinner was superb.

Property is within proximity to malls, restaurants and train stations. Room was impeccably clean and minibar was well stocked up. Japanese breakfast was awesome. We were surrounded by very warm hospitality from staff members from start till end.
