The staff were very helpful and friendly always willing to assist. We enjoyed the restaurant on 4 occasions because of the food quality, staff and value. The rooftop bar is a great venue for a drink or snack. I was concerned about the location but the proximity to great sights close by and transport links proved very good. I would recommend this hotel to friends. Well done to all the staff. .

Well run hotel with attentive staff. Hotel room was not a bad size. Breakfast buffet was good. Rooftop deck would be nice in warm weather months.

Loved everything about this hotel. Room very comfortable,breakfast was excellent, loved the little extras like cosmetics, bakery in the foyer and staff very obliging

Great vibe to the hotel, the staff were a real asset to the hotel, always there to help and you could see the great teamwork here, individual’s working across different roles when the hotel was busy!

Fab breakfast options and generally a lovely hotel - room and communal areas. Staff are excellent and helped me book a restaurant. Bit of a walk from the ‘main areas’ but everywhere is walkable so not really an issue.

Breakfast was fantastic, in fact having just spent 9 days on the Cunard Queen Elizabeth, I would say that this little hotel was superior in virtually every aspect.

A very stylish hotel with attention to detail. Though our room was quite small, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Excellent rainshower. Special thanks for no annoying techical lights (TV, AC, sensors) that shine brightly at night like in most other hotels. We liked the a la carte breakfast selection: quick, yummy and nutritious. A huge thank you to the friendly staff who helped us arrange a taxi on short notice. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
