Likes - This hotel's location is just about perfect for visiting the fort. The, admittedly, ageing rooms were comfortable, clean with everything working. The view from the balcony, over the hills, was spellbinding and a swim in the pool after a hard day fort visiting just lovely. The restaurant served tasty veg food. Added to that the friendly, helpful staff(Mr. Ratan and Fateh) and we had a great stay, definitely recommended. Dislikes - although there were many ways to pay none of them worked with a UK card and they didn't have a card reader so we had to pay with cash. The most irritating bit, however, was that the parent company bombarded me with emails, threatening to cancel if I didn't pay in advance despite the fact that the conditions were payment on arrival. Thankfully I was able to contact the manager of the hotel who reassured me that the booking was secure. This wasn't the hotel's fault but the parent company needs to change this extremely annoying, practice!

The staff were very helpful and the facility was nice and clean. The location is on the main road but not any great views of lake or mountain
