Great hotel facility and highly professional and helpful staff. We arrived just as the skiing season ended but enjoyed walking in the fresh snow and using the spa facilities.

The breakfasts were really good. The buffet dinners were good as well. We liked the theme evening meals: Serbian food evening, Asian food, etc. The restaurant Le Piste maintains a very high level - haute cousine. The hotel has a very convenient access from the ski room to the ski area and lifts. The lobby bar with a fireplace was very cozy.

Reception desk staff are smart, great location, has spa, ski, pools and other great facilities. Room service food is nice. Relaxation area with saunas is extremely well made and has a lot to offer. Having ski rental and lockers with such easy access is fantastic.

We liked all, the hotel is amazing with the Spa center, ski room and bedrooms.. the breakfast and dinner were always rich, enough, delicious. The restaurant has the view on the ski slope.. 🙂 Staff was kind and helpful, houskeepers are nice ladies.. 🙂
