Location was amazing. Very friendly staff. Gym and pool was good. Good food on the island for a reasonable price. Breakfast was tasty. The resort is currently being updated so there are a few things in the rooms etc that could be improved but they already know that.

Loved the location and cleanliness of their part of the beach. Liked the hammocks and loungers. The relaxed feel of the resort. The breakfast and dinning areas were comfortable. The staff were always tentative and welcoming and the reception staff helped with any requests.

Location it is on the best beach on the Island - the beach is very clean, the accomodation is adequate & the pool & sun loungers are great!

Location is perfect, just a short stroll from the pier. They will have some one with a cart to take the luggage to hotel. Our bungalow was just the opposite side of the pool. It was so nice sitting on the front porch in the evening. Our bungalow was cozy, but then we did not stay inside much. Bathrooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The beach is lovely & clean, kept up daily. There are several sunbeds with umbrellas & towels are provided. We ate several times in the restaurant and every meal was lovely. The food was always well presented and very tasty. The staff were always friendly and able to assist with any request. The manager Toby, a lovely Brit. He was so helpful with arranging some transport from Sihanoukville to Koh Chang. An any questions about the island, even printed us a map. There are several other restaurants in this area, but not as many as the Koh Toc beach area. However it is much quieter and easier to walk around without being run over by scooters.
