Please note that for security purpose all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof (Voter's ID, Driving Licence, Aadhar Card, any other ID with address approved by the Government of India. Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa.We are currently under partial renovation until 31st August 2023 and the resort will be closed from 01st September 2023 onwards for a complete refurbishment and we shall resume our services and operations by mid of December 2023.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

- The front desk and travel information staff were exceptionally friendly and always helpful. - The gardens, though very beautiful, are relatively small. - The sunset cruise and cultural dance were nice additions to the experience.

Elisabeth, the guest relations manager, was so warm and friendly and helpful. She also hosted a great and free evening cruise which was so informative. The hotel, the surroundings and staff were always super helpful

The reception and smooth check-in. Staff is amazing. Heritage rooms and hotel spots are breathtaking. Love the bar, and the food is amazing, too.

Great Taj hospitality, beautiful location and very easy to get to Fort Cochin via the ferry for 6 rupees. Particularly good dining - excellent breakfast and evening buffets.

The property itself was amazing it was on the edge of an island so you had complete peace. The staff were so helpful and genuinely interested in your activities and stay as a whole. I wanted to personally thank Lalith Kumar and all his team for making mine and my partner’s experience a great experience. I would definitely come back to stay here again.
