Staff are great and very helpful and lovely, location is spot on. It's a very old building, but could be looked after better, room could be cleaner and better maintained. Looked a bit tired. The place could be fantastic with a bit of thought. Unfortunately the guests above us had no respect that is was an old building and noises would travel.

Great location, historic building. From watchman to reception, housekeeping, restaurant upto manager, all friendly and with high service-orientation - even when I got sick.

A 1600s Dutch bungalow. The staff were excellent, professional, and eager to help. The location in the old town Fort Kochi is excellent to experience the Portuguese and Dutch influences. The Heritage room was large, with a comfortable king bed, access to an internal lounge and verandah overlooking the pool. Delicious breakfasts were a choice of buffet and a la carte items. The wait staff were very polite and helpful. The pool provided welcome relief from the heat... A very nice property.

The staff were so accommodating. Well located. The food was delicious. Everywhere spotlessly clean. I cannot recommend The Dutch Bungalow highly enough. Beautiful boutique hotel.

The pool area is really nice and chill. Spacious rooms and located in the centre. Breakfast was really nice.

The staff were really friendly and the hotel is in a great location very easy walking distance to everything in fort Kochi. The food in the restaurant was also extremely good.
