Near the train station. Very convenient. Room was small as expected of single rooms in cities in Japan, but was comfortable and clean. Had air purifier and humidifier. Water from tap was filtered and drinkable. Good sleep. Value for money.

i love the Japanese style breakfast at the restaurant and the location of the hotel is superb, i can go to the JR station and bus station in the short time, and there are also a lot of nice restaurant near to the hotel.

This is my 2nd time staying with Sotetsu Fresa chain in a different location. Location was great. Loads of food options and groceries options. 5mins to the train stations and the bus terminal. Very happy with my stay.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The local was central. Facilities were good - though I wish they'd provided sachets of real ('drip') coffee for the rooms rather than instant!

Location is closed to station and easy access. Very very complete amenities, even they provide salt bath and very helpful staff. The price is very affordable. Will be back again here if visiting Kobe.
