Rather grand but a little tired. Breakfast options were average. Room was spacious. Location and shuttle service were very good. It’s a big hotel and the rooms could have better insulation. Rooms facing the city have an amazing view but the road noise is intense.

Located near the harbour (Meriken Park) and close to Kobe's ChinaTown, it was a great location to spend the our one night in Kobe. The hotel is really clean, staff is friendly. Our room had a good view of the ocean which was another plus.

The location is superb. Convenient and as a bonus - extremely beautiful view from the rooms. The hotel is very stylish, comfortable, and has laundry. Every aspect of our stay was enjoyable and felt like our comfort was at the front of everyone's mind. Smart TV allowed us to watch streaming apps such as Netflix. Which is quite rare in Japan

Great views over the harbour. Good size room with 2 armchairs to enjoy the scenery. Bathroom was a good size with a large tub. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety including made to order omelettes and french toast. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The free shuttle bus service was helpful. Hotel is located quite a distance from Sannomiya. There is also paid bus service from hotel to Arima Onsen and Kobe Sanda Premium Outlet daily. Breakfast selection was amazing!

The front desk staff were extremely accommodating in helping to relocate us to a lower location. Our room had a spectacular view of Meriken Park/the Sea front and was bright and airy. The Okura is a fantastic location for exploring Kobe within walking distance of Motomachi/Chinatown and a short shuttle stop from Sannomiya.
