Great hosts, as a solo traveler they made me feel very welcome. Thanks for letting me spend New Year’s Eve with you and your family. My only regret is not getting to say goodbye when I left. Will stay again next visit.

The owner, Golf, is an absolute legend! Always in a good mood and willing to provide information regarding where to go, what to eat, etc. on the island. He is also the best fisherman in all of Thailand. The Hostel is is absolutely clean and cozy, with a nice atmosphere. I met some really great people here.

The wooden door to the bed gives you a sense of privacy - it's like being in your own tiny room! In general, everything was great! Great owners and the people who lived in the hostel were so great too! Nice place with a nice vibe)

The bed has a lot of space and privacy, and the dorm and the bathroom was clean and fresh. The staff was very kind and nice people

Location, location, location...! The port and several 7/11s are in walking distance and maybe more importantly, many beautiful beaches too, with restaurants and a food court nearby. I got a very warm welcome, comfortable sleeping pod and mattress that gave some privacy, plus the owner provided a padlock for a large locker to store my personal belongings. The shower and toilet facilities were clean and I never had to queue to use them. The air conditioning/fan system works very well and the hostel was cool day and night. The hostel is small and perfectly formed: only 10 guests can stay at one time which means it has a chilled vibe. There is a bar area where you can sit and bring your own drinks which is really convenient and there is also a book swap library. The owner speaks English fluently and is very friendly :-)

Stayed here for the second time, love the place:))) Location is very good - close to the pier, to 7/11, to a beach, which is nice because I don't drive. Hostel is clean, I especially like that they have sliding wooden doors instead of usual curtains, so one can have more privacy. The best thing are the owners, who are very welcoming and helpful, always willing to assist. Will come back for sure:)))

This place is pleasant enough but didn’t live up to expectation, after all the great reviews. The location is good…close to the ferry port, beach and on the main strip. And the dorm was clean and kept cool at night but the shower room did get a bit smelly as the day progressed. The owner is friendly, chatty and very present each evening.

I couldn't have chosen a better place to end my trip in koh Samet . The owner of the hostel is the most generous man I've met in Thailand . I felt like family.

The hostel is well located, a 5-minute walk from the pier. The beach is also about 5 minutes away. Everything you need. The dorm is spacious and uniquely designed. I liked it a lot. Light and socket right next to the bed. The locker is big enough for a large backpack. The hostel is very social and they gave me great tips for a restaurant with vegetarian options.
