Globally a good experience in this hotel. Very good for family with kids. The room was quite big. I would put a negative point on the restaurants + service: very expensive for low quality food. Many waiters and waitresses but there is only one or two who look like they know what they are doing. Maybe only the pizza from the Italian restaurant is good. But again, it is easier to describe the negative points are they are very specific. Overall I am satisfied

The hotel is very large with a nice view. Rooms are very confortable and large for familly The swimming pool is large and great with lots of activities The kids club is amazing, and breakfast also is great. The hotel is proposing nice evening activities and shows

Very nice but a little on the expensive side for the grade. Compared to Marriot or Intercontinental few things missing. For example no salmon at breakfast! Lovely pool.

breakfast was good..the selection of bread & pastry was good but it did not have enough local Thai food like genuine noodles and soup noodles..what they served was not authentic Thai.

Pool and staff were excellent. Pete the food manager checked on us several times and was very pleasant and professional.
