The breakfast was superb, plenty of options (African, Asian & Western food) and very tasty. Spacious room with all the needs, comfortable bed. The hotel also has a nice roof terrace offering good (sunset) views over the City.

Free laundry. Very good restaurant for lunch and dinner offering a wide choice of meals at very good prices. Friendly staff. Was able to keep my luggage at the hotel whilst I left for a couple of nights to visit Akagera National Park.

My stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Staff, including Nancy, the concierge and Frigence, the housekeeper for my room were very helpful, professional and pleasant. The food was good, including the breakfast, the bed was comfortable and the room large. The location was close to shops.

Location was convenient; walkable to many convenient supermarkets and malls. Easy access to water, phone SIM cards and money changer (downstairs) Breakfast had good variety with fresh fruits and avocados!

The staff is excellent. The room service was great as I has ordered food in advance and asked to be brought to my room after 2 hours and they were on time. The breakfast was great. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable. The ride to the airport with the shuttle was excellent.

It's located in the centre. If you travel for tourism, you can find a close by area to shop some souvenirs. It's a busy area with a true spirit of Kigali. Staff is really nice, and this applies to Rwandans in general.

I was given a warm welcome on arrival at the hotel. The airport pick up was there waiting and very welcome after a long flight. The staff are all kind, friendly people and can"t do enough to ensure your stay is pleasant and memorable. The location is ideal the building has a supermarket on the second floor and on the first floor more shops and a handy bar at the far end to watch all the premier league football. The Bamboo restaurant serves a varied and delicious breakfast each morning and the other meals are also of good quality. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
