We recently stayed at this wonderful property and had an exceptional experience. The hospitality was top-notch; the staff were incredibly open-minded and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We was even invited to a birthday party with their lovely family, which added a personal touch to our stay. The highlight, however, was the super breakfast—delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm and inviting atmosphere and getting to know better usbek people traditions and lifestyles.

The host was helpful. The rooms were clean. We had good breakfast and also a wonderful lunch. The location is perfect - right in the centre of Ichon Qala.

We stayed one week and really enjoyed this place. The rooms were large but cosy and the Location is hard to beat, right in the old city with everything at your door step. Excellent price to value ratio. Our hosts were warm and welcoming and very helpful. Bonu does city tours and she was so informative, would recommend her services to really understand the history, she has so much knowledge. Overall we had a fabulous stay and would recommend this place to all our family and friends. Would recommend those coming to Khiva to also visit the local Khiva Bazzar full of bustling local life and yummy food options.

Amazing location in the old town so everything you need is within a 10 minute walk (often less than 5). Bonu and her mum are wonderful hosts and were beyond kind when I was unwell (brought us breakfast in bed!). Also booked us a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Lovely room with AC and excellent breakfast. They also have a laundry service.

The guesthouse was clean, comfortable, and very central. You can walk to anywhere you want, and if you have any questions, the people running the guest house will help you. No matter what we needed they helped us, and the breakfast was also very good and traditional

Lovely family guesthouse right in the old city - literally few metres from all the attractions. The room was spacious, beds were comfy; it was clean. The owners were hospitable, friendly and willing to help and advise. Brekkie was plentiful varied and yummy. We definitely recommend the place to everyone.
