Location is great! Room was very clean and spacious. Hot water running supply. Host is very friendly! He made me try lot of traditional clothes and happily took my pictures. Breakfast was great!

What I really liked about it was its size and interior: it’s spacious and nicely decorated. It’s conveniently located near to the world famous tourist attractions of the city. The owner of the guest house and his family are very nice friendly people. Hospitable, helpful, and generous. We had a time of our lives there! Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

The location is incredible right next to the Kalta Minor Square. The room was lovely, clean and well decorated with a confortable bed. Breakfast in the morning was nice and the hosts were helpful with our laundry and other requests.

I highly recommend this small and lovely family hotel, the only green oasis (own garden) in the old town of Xiva. Central location, all main sights are about 5 minutes' walk away. Warm and friendly family, tourist information and transport service, abundant breakfast, rooms with simple national design.

A lovely small and relaxed guesthouse in the walled city. It has a marvellous green garden in front of the rooms for seating and privacy. Reasonably priced. It exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff and owner, who also encouraged us to try traditional Khorezmi outfits before leaving :D

Room was large and very clean. Flexible to let us drop off our bags early after arriving on the overnight train (although couldn't access the room until after midday). Good fast WiFi. Great location in the old town, and a pleasant walk from the train station. The lady who checked us in was very friendly, although no English spoken. Able to pay in UZS or USD (cash only). Jug of water provided in the room - although no dispenser for top-ups.

Very comfortable, clean and cozy rooms. The host is wonderful and used translator app to communicate and help us with our requests. It’s very close to all the sights within Itchan Kala.
