Lovely central hotel that is tucked away from the busy main streets. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We liked the room and had an amazing time. The breakfast was freshly prepared to our liking. The hotel has cute terraces on each level which allow you to people watch. There are also lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Exploring THAMEL by foot is a must to experience the atmosphere.

The Service was the Best I‘ve ever had! Breakfast was Great and the Airport pick up makes everything so easy. Location of Yambu Hotel is also perfect. The rooms Are very cosy, very good bed as well! See you soon!

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Yambu! The staff are excellent, kind and very helpful. We needed to see a dr and a staff member walked with us to get to the hospital which we were so grateful for as we aren’t familiar with the area. They went above and beyond and were happy to assist with anything we needed. The hotel is in a great location, only a short walk to Thamel shopping/restaurant area. There is an ATM close by and we were able to order taxis to the hotel with ease. Breakfast is also available at the hotel and is yummy. We really loved our stay and will be back!

Hotel Yambu is a very comfortable hotel in the centre of Thamel, close to ATMs , good restaurants, trekking stores and pretty much everything you need is close by. The owner Raj is an excellent host and organised our flight to Lukla, our phone sm cards and banking necessities. We couldn’t be happier with our stay there and will return after our trek to EBC. Do yourself a favour and stay at this excellent hotel,
