Visited the hotel outside the high season. Despite this, the staff was very helpful, all services worked 100%. And if someone loves old cars. The hotel has a wonderful, surprisingly large museum of cars, motorbikes. That is a must see.

The room was spacious, featuring a comfortable sitting area, ample storage for clothing, and a convenient mini-fridge. There's a big parking lot with more than enough space. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from.

It was perfect. Very kind service on reception. A lot of usefull instructions were given by receptionist. Thanks:-) Perfect breakfasts using local sources and farmers and kind service on morning shifts. Clean swimming pool and wellness spaces. Good hotel equipment. Good location. Nice experience with Kaprun-Zell am See summer card.

Location was about 10 min walk to cable cars. The bus comes every 30 min's which stop is close to hotel. The spa and pool area is wonderful for relaxing after day skiing . The Gym has free weights and excerise Mat. The weights machine(3) are old but do work.

Summer card included gives access to lot of free entries and activities and you recover full cost of stay by using this . The hotel is amazing value for money and it is far more luxurious than I imagined for the price paid. The breakfast is just amazing . You can make out that the owners are personally overseeing all the details. Location is central . Public transport is free with the summer card. The car museum in basement is a must see .

Everything was beyond expectations. The hotel located in an extremely nice and calm area and 10 mnts or less walking distance to the stop of bus 660 kaprun-Zell am see. They offer the summer card which entitles for a lot of free or reduced fare activities. The staff were extremely nice and willing to help. The breakfast was diverse and gave us the feeling that we were eating at home. As for cleanness I would rate it more than 10. The room was comfortable and the view was wonderful. The kids enjoyed their time in the indoors plyaing room and in the little playground outside. I strongly recommend Vötter hotel to anyone who's searching for a quality time and peace of mind.

The room was a good size and managed to accommodate two adults and a 13-year-old child comfortably. It was clean and furnished with comfortable furniture. The hotel is in a very good location. The reception staff were friendly and hospitable, always greeting us with a smile.
