Cozy and modern hotel. Great location, less than 10 minutes drive to Kitzsteinhorn. Ski bus stop is also in front of the hotel. Very good breakfast with lots of options to choose from. Wellness area with saunas is excellent and very clean!

Very clean, we stayed at the one bedroom studio it was spacious, with a big kitchen, and all kitchen supplies. Very clean. Staff was super reactive via WhatsApp. There’s a warm up locker room for every room/ appartement for your ski/ snowboard gear to dry up. And gear up in warm boots the next day.

We got a free upgrade to a one bedroom apartment with lots of space. The location is great, close to the shuttle stop. It was our second time in this hotel.

Good location, ski bus on the doorstep. Easy access both to Kaprun and Zell-am-see (which we liked more). Nice rooms and very good welness facilities.

Great value for the money. Amazing rooms, very tasty and quality breakfast. Location of the hotel is very good due to nearby bus station. Parking in the garage is plus as well.
