Location : very close to Kandy Lake and The Temple of Tooth relic. Close to all tourist spots. Easily accessible Property : a beautiful , vintage villa surrounded by nature and very charming Staff : Friendly and hospitable Facilities : Basic amenities provided. The aircon worked great. Big rooms. Clean bathroom. Food : Breakfast was great. Tried continental and sri lankan. Both were tasty. Laundry is available, too.

The place was easy to find and generally speaking, it was quiet at night. Great location within walking distance to the lake and some restaurants and bars nearby. If you wanna get into town, expect a 30 minute walk more or less. Staff was friendly even though they spoke very basic English. My room was huge and the bed was super comfortable. The AC worked like a charm and so did the hot water in the shower. Great value for money and also not too far from the train station by tuk tuk.

Hostess was very nice. Room was big. In facility tv and air-conditioning was available. Basic but good breakfast.(Both western and sri Lankan as we are pure vegetarian so options were less, but even good breakfast).Nice and helpful staff. T V has so many channels so good .

Exceptional Breakfast. Clean and Calm environment. The Garden was amazing. Staff was very supportive and friendly. As a couple we enjoyed a lot during our stay at kandy boutique villa. We may definitely come again.

There was an issue with the water, so the booking was cancelled. However, the hosts accepted me to stay in the place even though it was cancelled. The host organised some water in a tank instead. The location is fantastic (next to the Suisse Hotel) and the WiFi was working perfectly. The hosts were also very helpful and friendly
