It’s clean and reasonable price. I love the air filter provided in the room which many hotels don’t have. The location is super good and many restaurants/cafe around till late night.

I recently stayed at Yee Hotel Permas in Johor, Malaysia, and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was clean, compact, and had vibrant colors that made the space feel fresh and welcoming. Both the room and the toilet were bright and new, offering a modern feel. One highlight is that every room comes with an air purifier, which added a nice touch of comfort and freshness. Everything in the room functioned well, and the stay was smooth. While it was a comfortable place to rest, the experience was overall average—nothing stood out as exceptional, but it was exactly what I needed for a short stay.

Good location (Next to Aeon Mall) Clean & big toilet I stay at Level 1 which is smoking room but surprising no bad smell and room equip with air purifier

the bed was comfy , the shower was excellent , the tv channel was great , the amenities was great they givecoffee, two bottles of moma water , the aircond was great except slight vibration not aproblem the front desk staff was very friendly especially alicia and a malay guy at front desk he helped with the luggage on 21/9 thanks so much for the help
