Great staff, so welcoming and available at anytime you need help - they helped us with talking to locals about trekking. Delicious chai and good food - the view from the rooftop cafe was epic! Comfortable rooms, although a little expensive for a hostel.

The view is phenomenal; it faces the mountain range, it is so pretty with the snow all over the place, and the cafe is lively, with many people hanging out, playing board games, eating food, etc. The staff provided us with an electric heating blanket, and also replaced it when requested. The staff was very cooperative and didn't hesitate to accommodate all our requests to the best of their capabilities.

I loved the overall experience. It's serene in the rooms and has a vibe to it in the cafe. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. You get a very good view of the mountains and melodious music of birds and wind.
