The hotel is really good. Standards are kept to a high level. It’s clean, great size rooms, fresh linen and toiletries Everyday. What makes this truly exceptional, is the location and the staff. Every single staff member is amazing. So helpful, so kind and made us and our children feel at home.

I love the place.its clean and relaxing.the room is comfortable and really nice to sleep.the staff is really accommodating and nice.lots of stores around the area near the damascus Gate going to the old city It's really recommendable😊

I recently had the pleasure of staying at New Capitol, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always friendly, professional, and willing to help with any request. The room was absolutely stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I woke up feeling well-rested every morning. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the high-quality toiletries to the coffee station, which was a lovely touch. The hotel’s location was also ideal. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was a standout, with an impressive selection of fresh and tasty options. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding service. Every member of the team genuinely seemed to care about making my experience exceptional. All the staff were very nice and helpful. We requested our room a bit early and as promised it was ready. Reception staff Hazem was really good and booked our taxi for us. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to visit Jerusalem and stay near Masjid Al Aqsa.

The New Capitol Hotel in Jerusalem has a great location for exploring the old city. The building is recessed from the street ensuring quiet surroundings. The rooms are a bit dated but the stand-out was the helpful and extremely friendly staff. There is a paid parking-lot right next door, which means arriving by car is very convenient.
