Exceptional villa right on the beach. The villa is stunning and all the staff were super nice. The cleaning team comes 2 times per day (morning and evening) and the breakfast is fresh served on the terrace - you order it the day before via WhatsApp. You can also order food ( bear in mind it takes some time) or for those who want a local dish there is a local restaurant just in front - they will bring the food to you and they are very nice people too. Jambiani beach is beautiful and you can walk safely around. There are many restaurants around - heads up to Passion, just 2 buildings away (best food I had in Zanzibar). On the beach, there will be some local Masai approaching you with their bracelets and souvenirs but I felt they are nicer than in the north part of the island (not so pushy). You can also find some fishermen offering you tour boats. We took one and it was amazing. We enjoyed our stay so much that we cancelled another booking to come back here again two days later we left the property. Thank you Mohammed, Charles, and the cleaning team for making our stay unforgettable.

Nice large apartment strongly recommended, direct at the beach, very nice and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, good restaurants along the beach, view from the penthouse unbeatable

The location and grounds were impeccable. So beautiful and relaxing. Total paradise. We didn’t realise there was a butler service but Mohammed was amazing! We totally loved it and will be back!

The villa we stayed in was beautiful and very clean , it was on the beach and the butler service guy was amazing! The food was also great So lovely and one of the best stays we’ve had in Zanzibar

The Villa was picture perfect … every detail from the decor , to the bedding was 5 star . The ocean views were spectacular. There was so much space to just lounge around and relax .The cleaning was top notch we have travelled around the world and have never experienced such amazing housekeeping. A special Thankyou to the ladies and Mohamed for taking care of us . We stayed in 3 different places during our trip to Zanzibar, Joya was the by far the best .
