great locations connected to the mall, room facility meet new standard, access to all areas very easy . the view of the beautiful city Jakarta and the golf course is stunning. I did request for the best view and they are deliver best service. the staff in front desk (Ricky) excellent and very helpful with transport booked and organise the breakfast in the morning. This is my first experience and won't be the last! will see you again Jakarta.

We had a great experience staying in this hotel. The staffs are nice, helpful and polite. The location is really good, it is directly connected to Pondok Indah Mall 2 which is connected to to PI Mall 1 and 3.

Location was fantastic with easy access to excellent food and shopping facilities in the 3 huge malls linked to the hotel - reduces the need to get out into the crazy traffic of the city. Security was tight and staff was super friendly and helpful. A great place to meet friends and conduct business meetings. Breakfast is a must as spread was extensive and delicious.
