1. We cannot guarantee accommodation in the same dorm room. Allocation of a room in a specific private room category may vary depending on availability until the time of check-in.
2. In order to keep our accommodation costs as affordable as possible for all guests, we have adopted a pay-as-you-go system for certain amenities, such as locks, bath kits, and towels. By offering these items on a chargeable basis, we can maintain lower base prices for our rooms, making our hostel accessible to budget-conscious travellers.
3.The Hosteller's Unbox cafe is vegetarian and we promote self service only.
4. Cafe operates only for limited hours.
5. Local Ids are not allowed at our property.
6. Any form of misconduct towards fellow travellers, whether male or female, will result in immediate check-out. This includes verbal abuse, harassment, physical intimidation, or any inappropriate behavior that affects the comfort and safety of others.The hostel is pet-friendly. However, pets are allowed in private rooms only. Pets are strictly not allowed in the dorms. Any damages, in case, incurred during the stay shall be attributable to the pet owners.Consumption of alcohol, drugs & outside food is strictly prohibited at our hostels. In case anyone is found indulging in such activities, anywhere inside the hostel premises, we shall be liable to take strict actions ultimately leading to asking you to vacate the premises immediately. The guest shall also be deemed unfit to continue any further at any of our hostels in case of non-adherence of general policies, misbehavior (physical/mental/verbal or in any kind) with other guests or hostel management, theft, vandalism, trespassing, non-payment/delay in payment of dues, other guest inconveniences or any such unwarranted actions. In all such cases, the guest shall be asked to vacate the premises immediately without any refunds.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Rooms look pretty much as per photos maybe slightly dated since taking. Room had a slight smell to it on arrival but nothing horrendous. Sadnly we had a room at the front of the hotel so kept awake by the road noise the whole time. Hotel restaurant only works with online app payment no cash everything is done through app style link platfor think they called it the glu. Food on top for was the best of our stay in India good range of choices to try and nice staff that worked up there plus a little aircon building to escape the heat while you eat which was nice. Water stations on every floor to fill up bottles which was nice. Luke warm showers good pressure.

Great services (they can do laundry, provide hairdryer, towels, etc. for additional charges), helpful staff. Extra clean dorms (honestly some of the cleanest I’ve seen, not just in India but globally) and comfortable beds.

The restaurant had some very intresting european food, with an Asian twist.the room was clean. We lost a piece of jewellery, which later turned up in our bag, but the staff were very concerned trying to help us find it... including offering to check CCTV. They gave us a reccomendation for a place that locals go to food, admittedly we think we got food poison but it was the tastiest meal we had.

Friendly and approachable staff. Big rooms which were very clean and nicely decorated. We used laudry service which came back the next day and we were happy. Location is convenient. There are nearby coffee shops and restaurants, and a short uber/rickshaw to the city palace area. The cafe on the roof has many options for food.
