The staff is very friendly, helpful, cooperative and the location of the hotel is perfect. Rooms are very clean and big. Our room had a nice view. I appreciate a lot that the receptionist was able to arrange an early check in for us. This is my second visit to the hotel and definitely coming back.

The staff is highly professional. The room was cleaned every day. It was quiet. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Free drinking water every day in the fridge. The location is perfect.

We stayed in the city at different hotels before but our experience with Vardar Palace Hotel was exceptional. It exceeded our expectation especially we were impressed by the staff friendliness and caring. Hotel also provided us with an upgraded room immediately on our arrival perhaps due to our Genius Level 3 status.

It was really clean the staff was friendly and helpful !! The room was excellent, nice mattresses and really quiet It's right next to İstiklal and Taxim square so it's central and next to metro station .

Its a very cosy hotel and is only few steps away from Taksim Square and Istiklal street. I loved the location, it was very easy for us to find good restaurants and taxi/Uber. The staff was very cooperative, they even helped me booking the airport pick up and drop service via taxi. There is an elevator in the hotel and the rooms are almost sound proof. As a light sleeper myself I did not have any issues. I was bit worried about the language barrier but all the staff members were excellent with communication in English.

The location was excellent for my visit to Istanbul which included a Sunday November the 10th parade in Taksim square very nearby which was an honour to attend. The hotel reception is open 24hrs so arriving on a early hours flight an easy and pleasant check-in, a fast Internet connection was given to me straight away then personally shown to a welcoming room which had a fridge with bottled water, The kettle ready with tea and coffee for my first morning, a friendly landing and room cleaner restocked that daily if required and offered room cleaning if one wanted it. There's an electric door system including an alert for the cleaning if required. Room service menus were in the room with QR scans a large range of food, drinks and items available. I found slippers, shoe polish and laundry bag in a wardrobe along with a digital safe. The bed was comfortable it seemed very new as was a lot of Vardar Palace hotels decor. The lift was good mainly used although I tried the stairs from a 5th floor room a couple of times their sparkling. On checkout which was also in the early hours I got talking to reception people while awaiting for transport to the airport which was great, with a friendly send off by a professional team I was in transit to the airport with fun memories of a trip including the Vardar Palace hotel. Thank you to everyone in Istanbul that helped to make this adventure so special . Best regards Andrew
