We stayed in the apartment (suites) side of the hotel, due of being in five. The property presented very clean, spacious and tidy. A daily cleaning service is provided free of charge on demand. Quality of sleep was excellent for mattresses and pillows quality along quite neighbourhoods although being in Sultanahmet. Large and good quality breakfast is provided with a gentleman ready to cook egg-based dishes in a lovely panoramic top-roof environment. The whole staff was incredibly kind and genuinely polite, nice to talk with, smiling, open and friendly. They made us feeling very well looked after, above our expectations. Any request was satisfied. If at any time we return to Istanbul in the future, there will be no doubts in going back to the Seraglio hotel. Well done to everyone!

Breakfast is buffet style on the roof terrace with beautiful views over Istanbul, walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Aghia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. Everyone we interacted with were absolutely brilliant. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom.

Stellar service from the staff in general. Special mention to Mr. Kenan the hotel manager and Mr. Erdal the chef. In addition, all the hotel staff were quick and happy to assist. This will definitely be the hotel of choice anytime I'm in Istanbul. The location is good and very close to the main attractions. There are also a number of traditional Turkish restaurants within walking distance. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

My 2nd visit in thia hotel now, it is the only hotel for me and my wife whenever we come back to Istanbul. There is no where else I would stay. This is because of the lovely staff, lovely location, 5 mins walk from Blue mosque, but very out of the way and peaceful. Amazing view of bosphorus from our room and from breakfast room. The staff are the reason I will only ever come back to Seraglio hotel. We have a personal connection and they treat me with respect and do all they can to help me. The manager treated us to a lovely meal at their restaraunt as a helper as our airline had delayed our baggage. He took care of us and made sure we felt reassured. Thank you so much to everyone at Seraglio hotel, We will be back at some point!

The staff - “the magic man" Kenan was very professional and helpful and lives to his name . His team at the reception too was great , very helpful and allow us to use his adaptor. Breakfast was not too elaborate but adequate. The chef and team gave guests very personalised service . I like my room with the Turkish bath with thermal floors .

Staff were friendly and very friendly, location was superb and a 5 minute walk from the blue mosque. My family were given a complimentary meal on our last day which was really nice as it would have cost about £40 elsewhere

The location, friendly and wonderful staff. This was our first trip to Istanbul and our stay in Seraglio made it a memorable one. The place is near all the beautiful tourist attractions and there are many nice restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance. It is so beautiful at night! Staff are polite and always willing to help. One of them even shared on how to take the tram to our destination to save us on taxi fare. The chef and his assistant often greets the guests and tended to our needs dutifully. As the stay came with breakfast, we saved quite a bit. Breakfast spread was good and varied.
