An absolutely fantastic stay! The staff were helpful with everything and even helped me organise a birthday cake! The rooms are very well equipped, we had a Hammam and everything we needed (maybe bar an Iron). Room was cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels and the room was quiet despite being in a central location. Location is 11/10 you are a 2 minute walk to the blue mosque and 5 minute walk to the tram station as well as a 5 minute walk to some excellent restaurants and even an Irish pub! I can't recommend this place enough!

In this hotel you will feel like home, highly recommended! The staff is always available 24/24, the location is really convenient (3 minutes walk to the blue mosque), the room is big and clean! If I had to come back to Istanbul I would stay here again.

Hotel was nice and clean. The staff were friendly. It was cleaned every day. We felt very safe. we stayed at B block in an apartmnet and had Beautiful view of the blue mosque. We stayed for 5 days and it was a fantastic and memorable trip. The staff, especially Sinana and his colleague (sorry forgot name) where very helpful and had all the local knowledge and best tips for travel. We where travelling with children and Istanbul felt very safe especially with all the tourist police. Will be coming back again.

The hotel is located in the centre of Sultanahmet within a few minutes walking distance of Blue Mosque, Ayasofya Grand Mosque & Topkapi Palace. The hotel itself was very nice and clean with spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The customer service was exceptional especially Sinan made sure that we felt comfortable and at home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to book a stay in Istanbul.

Excellent communication from the time I made my booking. There was no problem to upgrade my accommodation for no extra charge. Very helpful and friendly staff, we felt very well looked after and very comfortable in the hotel.
