Overall the hotel is good for family and have excellent breakfast buffet option. We booked two connecting rooms. Staff members at the breakfast were amazing and also ATAKAN at the reception was helpful all the times.

The room was clean and equipped. The bed was comfortable. The staff was kind and attentive. When we left, we had to leave early and they prepared breakfast for us, opened the breakfast area, and we were able to have breakfast an hour and a half before the official breakfast time. The location of the hotel is good, close to the metro and tram.

The location is amazing. Breakfast was lacking variety but otherwise okay. The room was not soundproof, and you could hear the next-door person's conversation. Moreover, the corridors were very narrow, which I have mentioned to the administration.

Our stay was very good, very close to many restaurants, bars, cafes, shops to buy souvenirs, I liked the breakfast very much, its staff is always friendly, the facilities are very clean, as is the room.

The staff specially Mr. Sinan from Restaurant, Mr. Karim, Mehmet, Sonam and Eren from front office and the lady who cleaned our room were very sweet and helpful. The property is central and suit every need of a tourist.
