Hotel Overview

Occidental Taksim Hotel is situated just 100 metres from Taksim Square's shops and public transportation stations. It offers a well-appointed spa and fitness centre. WiFi internet access is free in its spacious guest rooms.
All renovated in 2015, the bright, chic rooms have modern furnishings and flat-screen TVs with satellite channels. Each en suite bathroom is stocked with a bathrobe, slippers and free bathroom amenities. Air conditioning comes standard.
Occidental Taksim has two restaurants. Turkuaz Restaurant serves traditional Turkish breakfast buffet. Ala-Carte Restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine for lunch and dinner. Occidental Taksim Hotel has a tour desk that provides a ticket service and offers information on local attractions.

Location-very close to Taksim square and the commercial street Istikal. The stuff, especially the front desk, was very helpful. They upgraded our room into the spacious Junior Suite.

The location was great and the actual hotel was as we would have expected - good, 4 star hotel. Staff were really helpful and friendly upon check in etc. We had 2 rooms and both were clean and well presented.

This place is all I need in Istanbul. Location is one of its strong features. Everyday of our stay I appreciated the easy access wherever i wanted to go. I liked the room, it was big, clean and comfortable, the bed was more than large, the bath had everything you'll need. The stuff is amazing. The stuff is really amazing! Always smiling and ready to help you with everything. The restaurant is elegant and very nice. It has spa area which we enjoyed. Thank you! We will be back.

It was good to be back at the hotel and see all the friendly staff. I love the decor in my bedroom, it felt very cosy and warm. I used room service during my stay and always arrived when they said it would. Had a great time in the spa centre, with I thoroughly recommend. Looking forward to coming back sometime in 2025.
